We have been delighted with the response to our appeal for donations towards the renovation of the Village Hall. When donors made their payments they were asked if they would like to help decorate the butterfly carrying their name or that of a relative.

Opportunities to come along to do this started on Saturday 2nd October, when families and individuals, with surnames A to F were invited to come to decorate their butterfly. The next session will be on Saturday 13th November 10am to 12.30 (which is during Arts Festival week). Families and individuals with surnames G to P are invited to attend. It is a bit difficult to say how long each one will take but probably around half an hour to 45 minutes.

Please note that this is a change from previous advertised sessions. Further sessions will be arranged so don’t be concerned if you have to wait until after Christmas. There is plenty of time, as the renovation building work has not started yet.  All supplies will be supplied.
