As part of Sherston Arts Festival 2019, The Young Musician’s Concert is back in a slightly different format on Sunday 13th October from approximately 4.15pm – 6.00pm (ish!). We want as many young musicians as we can to sing, play solo, play accompanied, with a backing track or in a band. Together we’re going to provide a wonderful musical backdrop to the Young Person’s Art Exhibition in a friendly and informal setting. Afternoon tea will be available too.
You can play or sing anything you would like to, it may be a chance to show off something you have recently learnt, or time to get a band together and learn something just for this, just practice hard and give it your best.
You can play more than one piece but we will have to limit the time available to each individual so as many people as possible can get a chance to perform.
And if you need accompaniment or a backing track playing let us know and we can arrange it.
Most importantly after all the hard work you have put into learning your instrument this is your chance to perform for your audience.
